Clearing Up a Green Pools Bank Owned Properties

Cleaning up an REO Property has to be one of the toughest properties to clean out. The job gets even tougher when there is a green pool laying out in the back house. Cleaning it out can require to remove all of the water and green algae and properly clean it out. Brokers don’t have the time to do that on their one. The longer it is out of the market the longer it will take to get it sold. Bank owned homes that have dirty pools will never get sold!

To clear up green pools for bank owned home is with special chemicals such as Calcium  Hypochlorite: Cal Hypo pool shock is used to quickly sanitize pool water, boost chlorine levels and kill algae. Works best with a low pH level of around 7.2.

We also use other types of Oxidizers:

Oxidizers are the secondary sanitizer, used every few weeks to kill algae and bacteria. Chlorine or Non-Chlorine shocks are in a powdered form, just open the bag and pour it into the pool.
