It was a City Official from a local city in Los Angeles County.
The City Official asked if my company was a board up company.
I responded, “Yes.”
The city official asked if I was an answering service, or just an estimator.

The city official and I went up to the 6th floor of the parking structure where the Jeep flew off the parking structure.
He showed me where the Jeep broke the railings.

Absolutely nothing could be screwed, anchored or nailed [Absolutely no holes of any kind into the cement slab of the floor of the 6th floor of the parking structure.] into the floor of the parking structure. The last thing was to build a 4 foot wide man door and an 8 foot wide wide vehicle door to enable repairs.
The City Officials left as he knew that he had a long day ahead of him.
I took exact measurements, figured out the best way to build the barrier wall.
Through all of this I was calling my crew members.
I was giving them instructions to meet me at the hardware store to buy the materials that were going to be needed to complete the emergency board up.
At 5:30 am my crew and I were at the home depot.
We were waiting for the Home Depot to open at 6:00 am.
At 6:00 am when the store opened.
