Haul Away Junk Cheap

Learn ways to avoid expensive services

We all accumulate junk over the years, whether it’s from parties, remodeling projects or the activities of our day-to-day lives. And, unless we want to be the hoarder neighbor, we’ve all got to purge the stuff once in awhile too. Fortunately, we have the option of hiring others to do the dirty work. Here are a few things that factor into the cost of waste and junk removal.

Make sure you know the difference

The difference between waste, junk and trash removal is an important one, as prices and professionals will differ greatly among them.

Trash removal is the regularly scheduled service — generally provided by the city in which you live — that you include in your monthly utilities.

Junk removal, on the other hand, is the one-time removal of materials that a trash company won’t haul away (i.e., major appliances, furniture, etc.).

Waste removal is the removal of certain types of materials that trash and junk removal companies do not have the capacity to handle.

No more hassles about what truck to use or where to dispose of it.

Waste Cost involves anything from dangerous fluorescent bulbs to old latex paint and other harmful chemicals. The price of waste removal will vary greatly, depending on which of the following categories it falls into:

  • Solid Waste: Garbage and household clutter generally fall into the solid waste category. Solid Waste is typically around $160.
  • Hazardous Waste: This is more of an expert that can remove latex paint, mercury or other chemicals will take careful preparation so you could pay anywhere from $50 to $100, depending on the volume of waste.
    • Construction Debris: If you recently remodeled a kitchen or added a garage to your home, it’s likely that you have leftover materials -most of which will need to be removed. The cost for construction debris removal averages around $200, depending on the quantity involved.
  •  Yard waste can be removed and professionally composted for around $100.

Junk Cost Junk removal is less dangerous than the waste, but it can also be bulky. In general, junk removal usually involves the removal or bulky items such as beds, pianos, etc. that will require extra set of hands to move the items. The cost is normally how much loads they take to the dump site.

Unwanted junk can cause stress to those that have to deal with. Having the right team of junk removal service is the best way to go. Stop trying to do the job yourself and hire the right team to get rid of all of your junk.

The 6,200-square-foot mansion, with its waterfalls, tennis court, swimming pool and guest quarters, was bought by Kenneth Abdalla, an investment banker. Kenneth explained that the home had lots of repairs that need to be worked on. He believes it was much better idea to demolish the entire house and rebuild it completely.

Kenneth hired a team on demolition experts to get the home destroyed. Kenneth made sure he got on the bulldozer and got the first hit. The mansion was completely razed and old stories are left behind back in 360 North Rockingham.

Simpson lived in the luxurious estate for over 20 years. He stated he had no feelings in regards to the property being taken down. Simpson said that if he still owned the place, he probably would have done the same thing. He went on explaining “I remodeled the house twice and I said one day if I had the money, I’d probably tear it down and start over,” Simpson said.

Neighbors had a sense of relief now that the home spectators are going to come to an end. All of the crowd madness, cops, and helicopters surrounding the place for the past 4 ½ years is finally going to come to an end.

Our Beautiful city of Los Angeles Animal Shelters Are On Track To Become No Kill By Year’s End

Rescue the Puppies
Rescue the Puppies

We love the approach the city of Los Angeles is taking with the animals that are left abandoned. Its an approach that will take some time to make an effect on the number of saved animals. There will be increased funding to spay and neuter, and that that is a big part of it. But the bigger part is that Los Angeles city put a ban on puppy mills in that require all pet stores to use shelter animals. This will help the chances of puppies being sold instead of euthanize.

Similar concept goes to the items that are ‘one man’s junk another man’s treasure’. At Start Junk Hauling Businesses, we are able to donate salvageable items to charitable organizations that can use it for a good cause. There is an option to put the items for a good use instead of throwing away.

Three evictions in one day

We at Los Angeles County Property Preservations have completed thousands of evictions for clients in Greater Los Angeles.

We recently completed three evictions for three different clients in one day. The most evictions we have completed in one day are 5 evictions. Completing multiple evictions in one day is stressful. Moving between properties is challenging in Los Angeles traffic. However, we are dedicated to servicing our clients.

Los Angeles County Property Preservations are thoroughly familiar with the eviction procedure of Los Angeles Sheriff. We are on first name basis with most Sheriffs in Los Angeles, South Bay and San Fernando Valley. We completed the biggest eviction in California history.

LACPP follow all safety rules and procedures.

For safety, it is very important not to approach the property until the Sheriffs arrive.

Occupants may not want to leave the property and may be vengeful against the bank and asset company. Occupants may be armed and possess drugs.

The Sheriffs has a window of up to one hour to arrive at the eviction. After waiting for one hour, LACPP call the Sheriff office and ask for update – ETA. We ended up waiting for the Sheriff for a total of 3 hours.

LACPP post all notices from Sheriff Department, no trespassing signs and contact info regarding the real property and personal properties left at the property.

We properly secured the property. We locked all windows. We placed pad locks on the tracks of the overhead garage door. We installed a lockbox with keys to the property.
