The property had become a public nuisance. Homeless, transients and squatters were breaking into the property.

The homeless squatters were breaking into the property. Doing illegal activities drug dealing and using drugs in the property.

The City of Los Angeles inspector was ordering the client of LACPP.COM; LA’s Premier Property maintenance to fence and board the property. The vacant and abandoned Los Angeles property became a public nuisance.

One Day Emergency Chain Link Fence

LACPP.COM; LA’s Premier Property Maintenance received the emergency fence order. We installed an eight-foot-high chain-link fence. One of the requirements is that the fence has a gate opening of ten feet wide.
