This property had a large amount of debris, overgrown weed, a dead tree and graffiti on its walls. Squatters/transients were occupying the property. This property had several city violations that threatens the safety and health of the neighborhood.

The servicing company and REO agent of this property were in risk of several thousand dollar fines for violation of building and safety. They called Los Angeles County Property Preservations.

At 6 am, Los Angeles County Property Preservations sent our specialize crew to cure the violations.

We removed over 100 cubic yards of debris and the hazardous dead tree. We cut overgrown weed. We painted over graffiti, the boarding and the front of the property.
We notified the city inspector who then inspected the property. He was very happy with the job. All violations were cured and lifted.
