The 6,200-square-foot mansion, with its waterfalls, tennis court, swimming pool and guest quarters, was bought by Kenneth Abdalla, an investment banker. Kenneth explained that the home had lots of repairs that need to be worked on. He believes it was much better idea to demolish the entire house and rebuild it completely.

Kenneth hired a team on demolition experts to get the home destroyed. Kenneth made sure he got on the bulldozer and got the first hit. The mansion was completely razed and old stories are left behind back in 360 North Rockingham.

Simpson lived in the luxurious estate for over 20 years. He stated he had no feelings in regards to the property being taken down. Simpson said that if he still owned the place, he probably would have done the same thing. He went on explaining “I remodeled the house twice and I said one day if I had the money, I’d probably tear it down and start over,” Simpson said.

Neighbors had a sense of relief now that the home spectators are going to come to an end. All of the crowd madness, cops, and helicopters surrounding the place for the past 4 ½ years is finally going to come to an end.
